Mark B. Babka, CFA – Senior Research Analyst

Mr. Babka has been involved in the investment industry since 1994. He has broad experience as both an industry analyst and as a portfolio manager. Mr. Babka joined Eagle Boston Investment Management as a senior analyst in November 2006.

Prior to Eagle Boston, Mr. Babka worked at Pioneer with research responsibilities in a variety of industries with a focus on technology. From 2002 to 2004 he was the lead technology analyst for the Blackrock Small-Cap Value and Mid-Cap Value products. Between 2000 and 2001 Mr. Babka was an analyst and portfolio manager for Strong Capital Management.

Mr. Babka joined Conseco Capital management as an analyst in 1994. At Conseco he was an analyst researching primarily small- and medium-sized companies up until 1998. He was then made co-manager of the Conseco Large-Cap fund and the Conseco Balanced fund until 2000. During this time he maintained analyst industry research responsibilities with a focus on technology.

Mr. Babka graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1993. He earned the right to use the CFA designation in 1997.
